Purpose-built event space in a modern boutique hotel, which for a quartet means everything cooperates: power outlets where they should be, HVAC that stays off during the ceremony, a Grand Ballroom designed around the floor plan it actually hosts. None of the charm of a historic venue, and almost none of the usual headaches either.

Working In A Modern Hotel
Modern ballrooms like this one are designed with absorptive surfaces built in: carpeted floor, soft wall panels, adjustable lighting. Reverb is moderate rather than long, which means tempos sit cleanly at concert norms and we do not need to pull back the way we do in plaster-ceiling period rooms. We set up against the long wall opposite the head table.
The 40-guest top-floor space is an acoustically small room, floor-to-ceiling windows on one side, short reverb tail overall. We play with slightly more sustain here to compensate, and position instruments off direct western afternoon glare through the windows.
Unlike most historic venues, Hotel Arista has full modern power and A/V in every room, which means officiant microphones, reader mics, and any ceremony amplification all tie through the house system cleanly. Our setup integrates with the hotel's audio team the morning of without any day-of scrambling.
Dates fill quickly at this property, especially spring and fall Saturdays. Check availability before you plan around it.

Violin + Cello
The right fit for the 40-guest top-floor venue, a small private dinner, or a rehearsal dinner. Tight space, tight geometry, duo sits cleanly.
Request QuoteViolin, Violin + Cello
Works for the 80-guest mid-size space and for Grand Ballroom ceremonies under about 175 guests. Three voices balance the modern ballroom's neutral acoustic well.
Request Quote2 Violins + Viola + Cello
The recommendation for Grand Ballroom ceremonies at full 280-guest capacity. The room supports a full quartet comfortably, and the four-voice density holds up better across a 500-person cocktail reception than any smaller configuration.
